We are not hosting people for worktrade again until April/May of 2016.
We have two long term positions available for to people interested in working for the entire 2016 season (April~October)
One helper for the farm and one hospitality/digital media helper.
Short term positions
We sometimes are able to host helpers for just few days or a week or two. Feel free to inquire about coming out for a short term stay.
You'll most likely have to camp (with a gorgeous view) and provide your own tent. However, when there is a room or cabin open then you're welcome to occupy them while they're vacant.
~The only food we provide is full access to any of the food growing here (an abundance of seasonal veggies, fruits, and nuts)
~ Often times we share dinner communally

~Hot showers, full use of kitchen and electricity
~Field trips/rides: swimming trips to river, hiking excursions/forages in the forests, as well as trips to the cities for open mics, shows, etc.
- ~Musical instruments/ music lessons (a lifelong jazz piano master lives here full time as does another well experienced multi-instrumentalist)
~ Circus equipment/lessons (professional juggler lives here full time)
~rope swing, yoga platform, hiking trails
~free admission to any workshops/concerts taking place here.
~Opportunity to enhance your plant and mushroom identification skills and general survival skills
~ Interesting new people from around the globe always passing through.
~Live music ~ Jazz, blues, bluegrass, funk, classical, folk, hip-hop, latin, etc.

Types of Work
Much of the work here is within the fields of farming and hospitality. Weeding, watering, planting, pruning, digging, harvesting, cooking, canning, helping with trash runs, painting, cleaning, prepping a room for an arriving guests etc.
What to bring
Water bottle, pair of gloves, camera, towel, swim trunks, and ideally an interest in plants, music, juggling, art etc
